Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Katrina Ann Couture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Katrina Ann Couture, including orders placed via our website or directly with us.

We recommend that you carefully review all product information, sizing requirements and order details before completing your purchase.

2. Made-to-Order Garments

All Katrina Ann Couture garments are individually handcrafted and made to order for each client.

As our garments are created specifically for you and may be made according to your selected sizing, measurements, colours or other specifications, production will commence once your order has been confirmed.

3. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our garments, cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges are generally not available once production has commenced.

We encourage all clients to carefully review their order, including sizing, measurements, colours and garment selections, before confirming their purchase.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Production Timeframes

Please allow approximately 6 weeks for the production of your garment from the date your order is confirmed.

Production timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the complexity of the garment, material availability and current order volumes.

If you require your garment by a specific date or require an urgent order, please contact us before placing your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests where possible, this cannot be guaranteed.

5. Measurements and Sizing

Where garments are made according to measurements supplied by the client, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that all measurements provided are accurate.

Katrina Ann Couture cannot accept responsibility for fit issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate measurements supplied by the client.

If you are unsure about sizing or how to take your measurements, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order.

6. Colours and Product Images

We make every effort to accurately represent our garments, fabrics and colours through our website and photography.

However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, device displays, lighting conditions and photographic processes. Minor variations in colour or appearance do not constitute a fault or defect.

7. Garment Care

To maintain the quality and appearance of your Katrina Ann Couture garment, we recommend following the care instructions provided.

Unless otherwise specified, garments should be hand washed with care or professionally dry cleaned. Garments should not be tumble dried.

Katrina Ann Couture accepts no responsibility for damage caused by improper washing, cleaning, storage, alteration or general misuse of a garment after delivery.
