Are Katrina Ann Couture garments made to order?

Yes. All Katrina Ann Couture garments are individually handcrafted and made to order for each client. Your garment is created specifically for you based on your selected size, measurements, colour and other specifications.

How long will my order take?

Please allow approximately 6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed for your garment to be produced.

Production timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the garment, fabric availability and current order volumes.

Can I place an urgent order?

If you require your garment by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

We will always do our best to accommodate urgent orders where possible; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order?

As our garments are handcrafted and made specifically for each client, cancellations are not available once production has commenced.

We recommend carefully checking all order details, including your garment selection, size, measurements and colour, before confirming your order.

Can I return or exchange my garment?

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our garments unfortunately refunds, returns and exchanges are not available once production has commenced.

How do I know what size to order?

Please carefully review the sizing information provided before placing your order.

If your garment is being made using measurements supplied by you, it is important that all measurements are accurate.

If you are unsure about sizing or how to take your measurements, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.

Baby & Toddler Size Guide

Use the guide below to select the most suitable size for your little one. For the best fit, we recommend taking measurements while your child is wearing one light layer of clothing.

How to Choose the Right Size

Consider your child's age and usual clothing size.
Measure the widest part of the chest or waist to determine the required fit.
Allow room for growth, particularly when ordering a made-to-order or pre-ordered garment.
If your child is between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for additional comfort and room to move.

Example: If your child is 10 months old and measures approximately 49 cm around the chest or waist, a Size 0 may provide a snug fit, while Size 1 would generally allow more room and flexibility.

Please note: Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the individual garment style and design.

What happens if I provide incorrect measurements?

Where measurements are supplied by the client, it is the client's responsibility to ensure they are accurate and complete.

Katrina Ann Couture cannot accept responsibility for fit issues resulting from incorrect or inaccurate measurements provided by the client.

Will the colour look exactly the same as it does online?

We make every effort to accurately represent our garments, fabrics and colours through our website and photography.

However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photographic conditions. Minor variations in colour or appearance do not constitute a fault or defect.

How should I care for my garment?

We recommend following the specific care instructions provided with your garment.

Unless otherwise specified, garments should be hand washed with care or professionally dry cleaned. Garments should not be tumble dried.

What if my garment is damaged after delivery?

Katrina Ann Couture cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper washing, cleaning, storage, alterations or misuse after delivery.

We recommend handling and storing your garment carefully to maintain its quality and appearance.
