Welcome to Katrina Ann Couture. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Made to Order

All Katrina Ann Couture garments are handcrafted to order in Australia. Production generally takes approximately 6 weeks from the date of order.

If you require your garment by a specific date, such as a christening, baptism, wedding or other special event, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Sizing & Measurements

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size and providing accurate information when placing an order.

We recommend carefully reviewing the sizing information before placing your order. If you require assistance with sizing or measurements, please contact us before ordering.

Change of Mind

Because our garments are handcrafted specifically for each customer, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or simply deciding that the garment is no longer required once production has commenced.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your garment arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match the description of the product purchased, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change without notice.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods available through our website checkout.
