SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Lead Times
All Katrina Ann Couture pieces are handcrafted to order in Australia. Please allow 6 weeks from the date of your order for your garment to be made and dispatched. If you require your order by a specific date (such as a christening or event), please contact us before placing your order so we can advise on availability.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Once dispatched, Australian orders are sent via tracked express post and typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are sent via tracked international courier and typically arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
