Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Our garments are handcrafted to order specifically for each customer.

Change of Mind

Because each garment is made specifically to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or simply deciding that the garment is no longer required once production has commenced.

We recommend carefully reviewing sizing, measurements, colours and garment selections before placing your order. If you need assistance with sizing or your order before production commences, please contact us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your garment arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match the description of the product purchased, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
