Made-to-Order Garments

Our garments are handcrafted to order specifically for each customer. Because each garment is made especially for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer require the garment.

We strongly recommend checking the sizing information and contacting us before placing your order if you need assistance with sizing or any other aspect of your purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your garment arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match the description of the product purchased, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where the applicable consumer guarantees have not been met.
